Cancellation / No-Show Policy
We respect your time and ask you to respect ours. Cancel or reschedule 2 hours before your appointment: no fee. Cancel inside 2 hours: A minimum of $35 of the service will be charged. No-shows: charged 100% of the service. 10-minute grace period for late arrivals; after that, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, and/or charged as a late cancellation. By booking, you agree to these terms. Thank you for understanding and supporting our barbers’ time.
